Ingredients:
16 oz box of any pasta
2-3 Tbsp butter
1-1.5 tsp garlic powder (totaste)
1/2 tsp kosher salt
1/2 tsp freshly ground pepper
1/4 tsp hot sauce or a pinch of cayenne
4 cups of any liquid - my favorite is 4 cups of chicken stock (or broth can work but stock is best) but you can do half water and half stock
4 cups of any freshly shredded cheese (extra sharp and mozzarella are a nice combo)
.5 - 1 cup of milk (as needed)
Directions:
Plug in the IP
Add to the pot pasta, butter, garlic powder, salt, pepper, hot sauce and liquid.
Stir these together.
Place the lid on top and lock.
Move the gauge to sealing.
Cook on HIGH PRESSURE for 5 minutes then do a quick release.
Open quickly and stir in 4 cups of any cheese you prefer. Add 1/2 cup of milk or more if needed. Stir till melted.
*You can top your m/c with crispy bacon bits, toasted bread crumbs, chopped tomatoes or nothing at all! So good!
*This freezes well but I almost NEVER have any let to freeze.
