Makes 1 drink
Ingredients:
1 cup fresh apple cider (use the best you can find)
3-4 oz Apple Spiced Rum
3 dashes bitters (Apple and Oak were used here)
orange peel
cinnamon stick
club soda (opt)
Add all ingredients to a shaker cup.
Shake vigorously and pour over ice.
Top with orange peel and a cinnamon stick.
Top with club soda if desired.
Makes 1 drink
Ingredients:
4 ounces pomegranate juice (such as POM)
1 oz vodka
2 Tbsp fresh pomegranate arils (seeds)
Champagne or Prosecco to top off
ice
fresh rosemary sprig
In a mixer add the pomegranate juice, vodka and ice.
Shake vigorously and pour in to a glass.
Top with Champagne or Prosecco.
Add rosemary and arils.

Ingredients:
2 oranges
1 lemon
Whiskey
simple syrup
Muddle 3 orange slices.
Add 3 Tbsp fresh squeezed orange juice, 3 Tbsp fresh lemon juice, 3 Tbsp simple syrup, 1/4 cup whiskey and ice.

Ingredients:
12 cups water
2 large bunches of fresh mint (any kind)
Remove the mint leaves from the stalks and discard the stalks. Add the leaves to a colander and run under water to clean. Bring 12 cups of water to a boil.
When it boils, turn the stove off and add the leaves to the pot. You can loosely add a lid at this point. Allow the leaves to steep in the water for 10-12 minutes. After the 10-12 minutes strain the liquid reserving the leaves. I like to use a cheese cloth or very fine strainer for this process so no little debris gets through.
Take the used mint leaves and add them back to your pot with 2 cups of water and 2 cups of sugar. Bring the mixture to a boil (the sugar will dissolve) and then allow to cool. Strain this in to a jar. You will be left with a very sweet mint simple syrup. Discard the leaves.
Add simple syrup and iced tea and ice and enjoy!
